We are looking for a Sr. Food Technologist – Sweet Goods for a, well respected, international flavors company.   The position is located near Princeton, NJ.

 Responsibilities:

This position’s primary responsibilities include:

-Developing application bases (as required) to showcase flavors & technologies.

-Using creative flavor blends, concepts, and applications in new combinations and apply to gum, confections & OTC pharmaceutical applications.

-Managing briefs and championing required actions to meet project objectives with minimal or not management supervision.

-Ability to multitask various project initiatives & work stages.

 Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or Food Science, or closely related fields, is required.  5+ years of experience in flavor applications, with emphasis on confections and/or gum, is necessary.  Must have desire to do bench development work.

 Compensation:

Salary $100K

Quarterly Corporate Bonus.
