Join the NY/NJ AACT for the
2019 Chocolate & Wine Pairing Event, March 14th!

The AACT (American Association of Candy Technologists) is hosting their annual Chocolate, Wine, and Food Pairing event! Gather your friends, family, and coworkers for a decadent evening filled with wine, chocolate, and a delicious 5-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Ben Peck of Redwoods Grill & Bar.

5:00-6:00 Welcome drink and Hors d'oeuvres

6:00 - 8:30pm Wine, Chocolate, and 5-course meal presentation and tasting

About:

The Redwood’s menu is developed by Sean Henry, General Manager; Ben Peck, Executive Chef; Alex, Pastry Chef; and the NY/NJ AACT committee to complement premier wine and chocolate choices. The wines are presented by Jim Stephen of Fedway Associates and Theresa Grimes the NJ State Manager for Jackson Family Wines.  The legendary Jess Jackson purchased an 80 acre pear and walnut orchard in 1974 which he converted to a vineyard.  From that humble beginning Jackson Family Wines grew over the next 40 years to represent and own iconic California wine brands Kendall Jackson, La Crema, Edmeades, Cambria, Freemark Abby and Arrowood among many others and also has wineries in Oregon, Australia, Chile, France, Italy and South Africa.  We are excited to pair the menu with chocolates and wines from JFW California properties.  Wine can be purchased directly after the event.
